Two decades leading large international teams, recognised with the Best of the Best Award (2007) and the Global IT Connect Award (2012) for project delivery and cross-functional cooperation.
World Champion
Senior World Champion in discus throw (Auckland 2017), bronze in javelin the same year, and multiple Bulgarian national champion. Sport taught him that success is never achieved alone.
University Lecturer
Teaches leadership and AI at Hult International Business School, Nordakademie, the University of Latvia and the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen's University Belfast. MIT Sloan alumnus.
Father of five daughters
Peter is the proud father of five daughters. He admits that he failed at gender diversity at home, and he is a passionate advocate for diversity in the business world, where it drives innovation and performance.
He actively supports young talents, from emerging mathematicians to promising athletes, and works with global non-profits, including the United Nations World Food Programme, to unite talent in tackling humanity's greatest challenges.
